We searched for a specific Azera Limited, online, which Sansone showed as in stock. They not only gave us their "internet" bid price, but put the "out the door" price in writing, prepared the paperwork in Sansone showed as in stock. We had the papers in advance, so we knew what we were being asked to sign. We essentially bought the car over the phone, and the in-person deal was the same as what was orally promised. The price turned out to be $2,500 less than other NJ dealers, all of whom demanded we personally show up to see the car before faxing or emailing final contracts. I made one phone call, did the deal on the phone, got confirming papers, went in, signed, and drove off with our new car. On leaving the sales manager came over, handed me his card, and remarked that if at anytime we needed anything, to call and ask for him, personally. It was all done with class and integrity. Another dealer I went to first, started the conversation with their "added market value" price; asked me if I brought the internet price with me; told me to go online to get a price; told me to "make an offer," and even told me his manager might not approve the internet price. I decided to go to Sansone in New Jersey since I had never gone to that dealership. I met with a salesman named Ben Huglett and boy did he turn my car buying experience around. He was friendly, professional and not at all "pushy. I loved the test drive and car and Ben and I quickly came to an agreed buying price in a very short time. What a difference from my past experiences. The deal was sealed and I would recommend Sansone and Ben to anyone looking to lease or buy a Hyundai. I also met with Pat, the Service Manager. Nothing is a problem with this man - the service is fantastic. As a matter of fact, all of the service people that report to Pat are great, very polite and efficient. More
Went to this dealer who has other brands close to this dealership. I was looking to replace my current leased car for a new one and since I had three different manufactures that I had looked at without my dealership. My wife an I visited the dealership on the first of feb 2011. We were approached by Peter and he told us the pre-own vehicle we were looking for was sold. I have been dealing with Sansone since 2001 and have purchased 4 cars from them. I have to admit that I have always shied away from Dealer Service Centers due to the bad rap they have gotten in the purchased 4 cars from them. I have to admit that I have always shied away from Dealer Service Centers due to the bad rap they have gotten in the past. Well Pat Ehrhart and his team members Lou and Jay are the exception to this as they have gone out of their way to give me exceptional service for all my vehicles in the past 9 years and at competitive prices. In addition they came thru for me big time as I had an emergency situation and had to have my Sonata towed into the their shop. I needed the car for an important business meeting the next day, I called Pat and he told me to bring the car in and by 3pm the car was ready to go no nonsense no appointment just great customer service. In closing let me say that I can’t speak for all dealers however Pat Ehrhart and his team are and asset to Sansone and they certainly raise the bar when it comes to Dealer Service Centers. We went to Sansone on a Saturday afternoon, and as we expected it was busy. However, we were waiting to speak with our Salesman (whom we had met on a previous visit)because he was with other customers, expected it was busy.
