I had two very bad experiences with Manfredi in Staten Island and Giuffe in Bayridge, Brooklyn. The Brooklyn experience was horrible. Then I went to Sansone in New Jersey and OMG!!! The showroom and the available cars in stock, was amazing. Then I met Frank Lorence and he was so personable and professional. He was a pleasure to work with. He also gave me the best price and followed up with me during the week to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely refer people to Sansone and Frank Lorence. I am very happy with my Hyundai Tucson. I love it!!! More
A friend recommended Michael Odierno to my husband and I months ago. So, when it came time to car shop, we called her up and got his name. Being previous Hyundai owners, and a repeat Sansone customer, we headed over to Sansone Hyundai. The staff there was friendly and helpful, and when we asked for Mike Odierno, they did not seem to mind getting him for us. (even though that meant they probably lost out on a potential sale). Mike greeted us with a smile and friendly manner. He was professional, courteous and listened to our needs and concerns. We did not know if we could swing the payment for our purchase, but with his diligent back and forth he got the payments in the range of our budget. I loved spinning their savings wheel and the whole showroom clamored about and cheered me on, that was a fun experience! I walked out of there feeling like a winner and very satisfied and confident that Mike had went to bat for us and landed us a fantabulous deal!! Good work Mike, we love you!! And also a nod and thumbs up to Terry Chung, the finance manager who was helpful, patient and so likable. For my next purchase, I will definitely go back to Sansone and see Mike Odierno, he's the man!! More
My husband and I went to Sansone Auto Mall, over an hour away from our home, for a specific purchase of a 2012 Veloster for our daughter. When we arrived we were placed in Michael Odierno's capable hands who immediately made us feel comfortable with his honest and direct approach. He was also extremely patient while we made our very important decision to buy this vehicle never changing his demeanor even though we kept him there well past closing time. Every employee we dealt with from the managment team to the finance office made purchasing this vehicle a pleasurable experience. We will definitely consider Sansone Auto Mall for our future car purchases and be sure to look for Mike when we do! More
There are not enough words to explain how Sansone goes above and beyond when it comes to the customer. I went to Sansone after becoming disabled and with my credit ruined from medical bills. After a week Michael from Sansone called me and asked what time I would like to pick up my new vehicle. I almost fell of my chair and had thought that I would never hear from them after all the other dealers that guarantee financing regardless of credit and then tell y9ou they cannot help you. It all seemed like a bait and switch game. I had been lied to by Major World and Staten Island Honda said they could get anyone approved and then told me I would have to pay all cash and get no financing with them. So when I walked ion and signed the papers I realized that for once a dealership was found that truly cared about the customer. And it was apparent thru the whole process, It went from internet customer service Aimee Gonzales to Mark the manager of Hyundai to the salesman Michael O. I am so thankful and truly will tell everyone about the awesome experience I had at Sansone. If anyone out there doubts this story please contact me at lighthouse764@yahoo.com. Walked in into this dealer after I gave up working with Nissan dealers trying to buy v6 2012 4dr altima. The sonata turbe se was my second choice so I decided to visit the dealer to have closer look into the car. Steve (Stephen M) welcomed us and showed us the car. I asked him to give me 5 monutes so that I can think about it. After 15 minutes I decided to test drive the car and liked it. Went back to the store and took me less than a minute to have them beat the cheapest price that I had from another Hyundai dealer. The sales manager is Gery and he was extremely friendly and easy. Ended up with Mike, finance manager, who was very friendly and professioanl. Now the most important part that made feel comfertable dealing with them is they are not pushy at all. Steve is a great sales rep, very understanding, easy to deal with and friendly. The same goes to Gery and Mike. I realy had great experience with them. I been shopping online for 10 days for Altima and sonata as a back up and ended up buying the sonata and without headach. Thank you Steve, Mike and Gery. You guys are awesome and made my day. This was my first "solo" car purchasing experience. I had an amazing experience....friendly, fast & informative. My sales rep Bryan Calabrese was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Mark experience. Mark Aructi was positive as well as informative and quick to partner me with Bryan. My financial advisor Michael Marceca was also very informative and quick to work on my paperwork and get me through the final stage of my purchase in order to get me in my new car. Bryan and Karen (not sure of her last name) also were incredibly helpful hooking up my Bluetooth as well as my BlueLink account. My wife and i wanted to purchase a sonata. The salesman asked a lot of questions about the color, options, ect. Then ignored all the answers. This is not good business, this smackes of opportunism. More

To Hyundai Customer Service, I would just like to To Hyundai Customer Service, I would just like to extend my praise to a salesperson named Frank Lorence in Sansone Hyundai at 90-100 Route 1 in Ave To Hyundai Customer Service, I would just like to extend my praise to a salesperson named Frank Lorence in Sansone Hyundai at 90-100 Route 1 in Avenel New Jersey. We went into the dealership on Tuesday March 20th around 1pm. He took us on 2 test drives in different Hyundai Santa Fe trucks, and before we even took the car out he explained pretty much every feature in the cars, and did a through demonstration of each one. He showed us how the Blue Tooth worked, the heated seats, the mirrors, and other options. My husband and I sat and talked with him, and realized we had a lot in common with Frank. He is a pretty honest and open person. That day we decided to leave the dealer and think about it, as well as price another dealership, and he assured us that if we needed anything at all that we could call his cell phone number anytime. He took all of our information, and although he was sad to see us leave, I assured him we would definitely be back in touch. Sure enough, the next day we decided that we wanted to give Frank the sale rather than go to another dealer- we found out that Frank was off that day (Wednesday) but we called his cell phone, and he got back to us fairly quickly on his day off. He contacted the dealership to get all our paperwork ready, which he saved from the previous day, since we were going to come in and pick up the car the following day on Thursday when he was in the office. On Thursday when we arrived at the dealer, Frank came right up to us before we even got out of our car, shook our hand, and told us that he had already had the vehicle prepped for us, and all we needed to do was worry about closing the deal! He even pointed out that he noticed the newly prepped Santa Fe had a small ding on the passenger door, and that he would set up an appointment for us to correct it, while giving us a rental car for the days it was being fixed up! All in all, Frank was an excellent sales consultant, and he should be rewarded. He is a rare gem in the whole “car sales” world- honest, friendly, not overly obnoxious like many salesmen I have dealt with, and he never once said “No, that price isn’t do-able”. He always said, “Let’s see what I can do” or “I will get you in this car, I promise!”. Another person who helped us and was very honest was the Financial person at the same dealer named Terry. He was very good at telling us the benefits of each add on package, and how it would benefit us in the long run. He made everything quick and painless for us, and we are happy for that as well.
