I went to this dealership to buy a used car I saw on the web . I spoke to Frank who seemed very nice at first. We went for a test drive and when we arrived back at the dealership he informed me there was web . I spoke to Frank who seemed very nice at first. We went for a test drive and when we arrived back at the dealership he informed me there was an additional $1500.00 some BS fee they add on for used cars. Well I didnt bite so he started pressuring me to lease a car. I finally left after 2 1/2 hrs. Call me the next day with Great News on a new low lease price. When I told him I still was not interested he hung up and I never heard from him or the dealership again. More
My husband and I where looking for a truck we went everywhere, we even went to Sansone Nissan ( which was the worse place ever) the following 2 weeks we went again and went to Hyundai and we where jus everywhere, we even went to Sansone Nissan ( which was the worse place ever) the following 2 weeks we went again and went to Hyundai and we where just looking around and this gentle men Frank L, I must say this was the best experience ever. He was not pushy like all the other sales person out there. he sat down with us and asked us a couple of questions about our family and like how many kids, if we traveled etc etc.. he then showed us a couple of cars he worked so patiently with us he explained to us the gas per gallon and what would help us economically since having kids alone is pretty expensive. he was so good, I almost felt like he was family to us,he was not steering us the wrong way at all. After he sat us down again and explained all the pros and cons about the cars we liked and didn't like. I swear I do not trust people at all but Frank has got to be the most sincere man (sales person) I meet in a long time. This was the best experience. After we choose the car he introduced us to Mike M. He was awesome too,he helped us out a lot also. After we purchased the car we where waiting for them to clean and fill it up with gas (which was awesome) Frank hung out with us and spoke to us like he knew us forever. He patiently showed us how to operate the car and its functions. I swear I am going to invite Frank to Sunday dinner with me and my family. He even called us 2 weeks after we had car to check up on us. He is truly awesome! Thanks Frank you are the best! I have and will recommend him to anybody and every body i know!!!! More

Went to pick-up my new Sonata on 7/9/12 and was not excited about the finance preparation of the deal as I have had bad experiences with other dealerships. However, Wow, was I in for a shock as Mr. Michael Marceca made this experience one of the most wonderful I have had with car buying. He was very friendly, pleasant and most important very informative. He made me feel so comfortable in the preparation of the finance papers. He explained everything in detail and made sure I understood and was aware of all papers I had to sign. Mr. Marceca also advised me of all offers available to me without the pressure of having to purchase them. I am going to recommend Hyundai Sansone Auto Mall to all family and friends knowing that they will have an enjoyable car buying experience. Mr. Michael Marceca deserves this review as being an honest, pleasurable and personable employee. Thank you Michael for making my experience with Hyundai the best I've had. More
Worst experience ever. They have no interest in selling cars or even finding out what the customer exactly wants. I preferred samsone as I was local and would have better maintained my car as well, but n cars or even finding out what the customer exactly wants. The sales person was never interested in any math and his manager was only interested in a deposit or selling a different vehicle which we hate to pocess. Overall, we came back with disappointment and we were only feeling for the dealer as he cannot sell anything at all. Waste of time and money and more importantly they would soon be out of business, if they treat customers in this manner. More
I had two very bad experiences with Manfredi in Staten Island and Giuffe in Bayridge, Brooklyn. The Brooklyn experience was horrible. Then I went to Sansone in New Jersey and OMG!!! The showroom and the available cars in stock, was amazing. Then I met Frank Lorence and he was so personable and professional. He was a pleasure to work with. He also gave me the best price and followed up with me during the week to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely refer people to Sansone and Frank Lorence. I am very happy with my Hyundai Tucson. I love it!!! More
A friend recommended Michael Odierno to my husband and I months ago. So, when it came time to car shop, we called her up and got his name. Being previous Hyundai owners, and a repeat Sansone customer, we headed over to Sansone Hyundai. The staff there was friendly and helpful, and when we asked for Mike Odierno, they did not seem to mind getting him for us. (even though that meant they probably lost out on a potential sale). Mike greeted us with a smile and friendly manner. He was professional, courteous and listened to our needs and concerns. We did not know if we could swing the payment for our purchase, but with his diligent back and forth he got the payments in the range of our budget. I loved spinning their savings wheel and the whole showroom clamored about and cheered me on, that was a fun experience! I walked out of there feeling like a winner and very satisfied and confident that Mike had went to bat for us and landed us a fantabulous deal!! Good work Mike, we love you!! And also a nod and thumbs up to Terry Chung, the finance manager who was helpful, patient and so likable. For my next purchase, I will definitely go back to Sansone and see Mike Odierno, he's the man!! More

He was also extremely patient while we made our very important decision to buy this vehicle never changing his demeanor even though we kept him there well past closing time. Every employee we dealt with from the managment team to the finance office made purchasing this vehicle a pleasurable experience. We will definitely consider Sansone Auto Mall for our future car purchases and be sure to look for Mike when we do! More
There are not enough words to explain how Sansone goes above and beyond when it comes to the customer. I went to Sansone after becoming disabled and with my credit ruined from medical bills. After a week Michael from Sansone called me and asked what time I would like to pick up my new vehicle. I almost fell of my chair and had thought that I would never hear from them after all the other dealers that guarantee financing regardless of credit and then tell y9ou they cannot help you. It all seemed like a bait and switch game. I had been lied to by Major World and Staten Island Honda said they could get anyone approved and then told me I would have to pay all cash and get no financing with them. So when I walked ion and signed the papers I realized that for once a dealership was found that truly cared about the customer. And it was apparent thru the whole process, It went from internet customer service Aimee Gonzales to Mark the manager of Hyundai to the salesman Michael O. I am so thankful and truly will tell everyone about the awesome experience I had at Sansone. If anyone out there doubts this story please contact me at lighthouse764@yahoo.com.
