Sansone Hyundai responded

*We tried to get in touch with the customer for the past 2 weeks to help resolve this issue but was unsuccessful.* We looked into this matter further for the customer and their 2007 Hyundai Santa fe. There was originally a chirping noise from the engine which turned out to be the belt. The agreed cost was 179.00 and that price was noted on MPI action plan Ro # 203310. Later, there was a intermittent girgling noise that turned out to be the muffler. We replaced this under warranty after an exhaust replacement. The car then had a service engine light from a faulty O2 sensor, which became the third return for repair. There is a history of a belt being replaced at 6000 miles and a crankshaft pulley at 10000 miles, both were replaced under warranty. The belt has a 12 month/12000 warranty. Our Hyundai Service manager had tried to contact the customer a couple of times but had no luck of getting him on the phone or having any calls returned.
