Tom is the BEST! Tom was by far the most respectful, professional and thorough salesman I have ever met (in a dealership). I came to Sansone Hyundai pretty discouraged as I had had a VERY miserable experience at another dealership (not a Hyundai) 2 weeks prior and had honestly expected the same treatment (thinking all dealerships are the same). To my surprise, everyone at Hyundai was so accomdating and honestly want to work with you to make the best deal. Tom's expertise was flawless, he knew the ins and outs of the car, and literally spent a significant amount of time explaining every little detail, including walking me through every package, all the components of the warranty, service schedule, manuals, tour of the dealership, etc. It was amazing, I was quite pleased with his professionalism. The most important thing to note is how much Tom wanted me to walk out there a satisfied customer at all costs and was determined to make a great deal. It was a better deal then i ever imagine. I am the happiest customer ever! I've already been telling friends and family about this dealership and how awesome Tom Peoples is! No need to go anywhere else.
