Pleasant new car shopping experience! I went to Sansone Hyundai only to look at two models: the Sonata and the Elantra. As I was looking over both vehicles, John Chisom, sales rep, approac I went to Sansone Hyundai only to look at two models: the Sonata and the Elantra. As I was looking over both vehicles, John Chisom, sales rep, approached and offered his assistance. I eliminated the Sonata from consideration because I preferred the size of the Elantra. John showed me a few Elantras and arranged for me to test drive one. The Elantra is a great handling car! It surprised me how easy it is to steer and to park. It corners great and handles the road well at all speeds. John answered all of my questions and did everything he could to expedite the transaction. It was a pleasant new car shopping experience. John, Ben-the finance manager, and everyone at Sansone Hyundai were terrific! One suggestion, however. If you are able to, visit the dealership either early Saturday morning, or sometime during the week. I went on Saturday afternoon. John was right there to help me, but because Saturdays are Sansone's busiest day of the week, it took a while to work through the paperwork. That said, I urge you to go to Sansone Auto Mall for your next new car purchase or lease. When you get there, ask for John. He'll do his best to give you the car you want along with excellent customer service. More

GREAT I walked into Sansone Hyundai after receiving a phone call follow up from an Internet sales person. I was looking for a 2015 leftover, but she said th I walked into Sansone Hyundai after receiving a phone call follow up from an Internet sales person. I was looking for a 2015 leftover, but she said there "were none here, but we are making great deals on 2016's. Why not come over and take a look? When you get here, ask for Eric". So I did. I came in, saw several people in the area; one was on the phone, a few were at desks, taking a look at me, and one guy was at a desk right in front me, about to make a call. I walked over, he put down the phone and asked if I needed help. I explained why I was there and the phone call. He said Eric wasn't available, and I asked if he could help me. And that's how I came to meet John Chisom. John was an unexpected breath of fresh air! I have dealt with the "Highway Stores" in the past, and it was never good. I actually had an experience at another Hyundai dealer that was so bad I called Hyundai and swore I would never buy their product. John was a pleasure to deal with; personable, understanding, and willing to work with me. After some sparring back and forth, John said to me "I need to bring the deal to my manager, I want you to stop shopping, I promise this will be your last stop in buying a car". I thought, OK the manager, here comes the pressure! Not the case. The manager came over, as pleasant to deal with as John. We talked a bit, and I bought a car. John was right: this was my last stop. And I can't leave out my finance experience. Again, no pressure, no hard sale, just the facts and coverage info. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had and will definitely be a return customer. More
