Is it because I didn't buy my car there ? I bought my 2017 Hyundi Sonata Hybrid from a Dealer in Toms River, NJ....I live in Old Bridge, NJ...because of the distance I brought my car in for s I bought my 2017 Hyundi Sonata Hybrid from a Dealer in Toms River, NJ....I live in Old Bridge, NJ...because of the distance I brought my car in for service after a year to Sansone ,the car was great for a year and I only have 11, 300 miles on it. BUT I started to have problems. .From the Moment I arrived, there was a bad attitude from the employees in the Service Dept.. I had three issues to be fixed..the Driver's side Seatbelt wouldn't retract back and would hang down for the door to hit it., the Headlight Highbeam Assist stopped working and the MPG readout on the dash and GPS gave false readings.....at times it read 70 MPG. After waiting a hour and a half I was told they couldn't fix any of my issues...they saw no issue with the seatbelt, they didn't have a way to check the High Beam Assist AND they didn't know why I was getting false readings for the MPG read out ! Is this the great Warranty we have with Hyundi that they couldn't help me ….and I was sent home with no repairs ! My next step will be the Lemon Law if they can't repair mt car ! More

Wrote the book on deciept Daughter bought her first car from them, after securing a price from a dealer she went to Sansone, salesman said he could give her the upgraded model Daughter bought her first car from them, after securing a price from a dealer she went to Sansone, salesman said he could give her the upgraded model for the same down payment and same monthly payment I spoke with the salesman and he confirmed after I asked about the "out of pocket" down payment out of pocket means out of pocket taxes and fees in the down payment to show how calculated in their deception they let her take the car for three days knowing in NJ you have three days to return a car. After the three days they called her to ink the deal when she arrived he asked for the additional 1700.00 check for the taxes. They knew full well what they were doing they took advantage of a 21 year old girl. He didnt tell her the down payment didnt include taxes like her original deal, needless to say I went there with a few choice words for the GM More
