I had my 2018 Chevy Colorado Duramax at two other dealerships for what should have been quick and easy recall/warranty repairs. Unfortunately during course of repair-more damage was done to the truc dealerships for what should have been quick and easy recall/warranty repairs. Unfortunately during course of repair-more damage was done to the truck that neither were able to make right. Not thrilled about going back to either, I reluctantly called Sangsters to discuss and get their thoughts. We agreed on a plan and I dropped the truck off mid morning expecting for them to have it over night. To my surprise, I received a call at end of day- Sangsters service team had properly diagnosed and located the issue then repaired it properly - in only a few hours. Truck was done- and fixed! I have not had any issues since. Very happy with the team at Sangsters, they listened to the issues at hand, went over and above to figure out the root cause of the issue then repair it properly- same day. Highly recommend the team at Sangsters for service if required. Excellent group of people, friendly and willing to listen and then actually fix the issue. Very happy with service done at Sangsters. Had service performed on my Sierra pickup. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in the time requested. The only issue was the cost for a part they had to order for me wound up b very friendly and helpful. The work was completed in the time requested. The only issue was the cost for a part they had to order for me wound up being about $25 more expensive than I had been quoted and I did not know that until I paid the bill. Not a huge issue since I had to have the part anyway; just caught me by surprise. Overall, a good experience and will certainly continue to use their service department. More
