After 2 hours waiting for new brake pads, they came to tell me it also needed rotors. You did not have any in stock, but would call around looking for some. After 20 minutes I went to find out what was ha tell me it also needed rotors. You did not have any in stock, but would call around looking for some. After 20 minutes I went to find out what was happening. Couldn't find any so car was going to have to stay overnight and they ordered some. So I called to Leavenworth to get a ride home. Was told parts would arrive in morning , or noon, then they would continue with car. They would call me. I called at 1 as I needed to know what was happening so I could catch a ride down from Leavenworth. Edgar was at lunch and they didn't know how things were going. At 3 Edgar called and said car was ready. I do understand that mechanic fixes take time, my problem was that catching rides out of town was difficult when I didn't know what was happening. More

Service department was very accommodating. Communication was great, unexpected computer updates on my truck extended my time waiting at dealership and without prompting, service offered me a Communication was great, unexpected computer updates on my truck extended my time waiting at dealership and without prompting, service offered me a loaner vehicle to use. When my truck was ready, received a call and returned to dealership to find my truck waiting for me , all washed up and looking great. No matter how many times I walked into office, every time I was greeted by someone on the team and offered assistance. Thank you service department! More
