I purchased a pre owned car at Sandy Sansing Chevrolet Milton and they sold me a car that has cracked moonroof without me realizing it's cracked until the next day my kid open the sunshade. There is no way they didn't know that has a cracked roof. I contacted the salesman and he was nice talking to the manager and said they will repair it and order the parts. Took them a while to get back if parts are already ordered. I had to keep complaining and even left manager a vm and he never returned my call. Then when they finally scheduled me for repair and I went there after almost a month of having the car because I am going on a road trip and scared it break and my kids seating back there I sat and waited 2 hrs and they told me it's done and I signed paper thinking it really was done and I get to my car buckled my kid and saw that the roof still cracked. I went back and complained again and they said Subaru sent them wrong parts and they never tell me it's not fixed instead told me my car was done. It as very poor on their parts, if I didn't check I wouldn't have known they never fix my roof. I asked for rental because I am nervous driving it but manager refused to give one. So I went on road trip because it is very important and can't miss important events with a cracked moonroof and still don't know when they will fix my car. I am not happy and will not recommend this dealership to my family and friends. More

We bought a 2018 GMC Sierra from Bubba and Sandy Milton Chevrolet back in April of 2022. The truck was a fair deal and the salesperson we worked with was polite and knowledgeable. At the time, we were residents of Louisiana and had been searching across a 400 mile radius for the best deal on a used truck and had came across this one on the Internet. My reason for the three stars is due to the following: We looked at various photos and videos of the truck that was shared with us by the salesperson and asked questions inquiring if there were any issues, damage, deep scratches, glass cracks, etc. with the truck. When none was brought to our attention we decided to make the trip from Louisiana to Florida to make the purchase. When we got there, we noticed two cracks in the windshield. The salesperson admitted to overlooking them and apologized. I replied that is fine, but can we come down off the price to facilitate repairs. The used car sales manager refused to do so stating that they had already came down on the price to the lowest dollar amount. At that point frustration set in but we decided to make the purchase due to having driven so far, being on a tight schedule, and having spent the past two months searching for a used truck. The following week I took the truck into the local dealership to have the cracks filled and was informed that they could do the repair but it would not suffice over time due to the lengths of them. Sure enough as we entered into the hot summer months, the cracks began to spider out. We received a quote to have the windshield replaced which was around $800 due to it having a camera. Another issue we just recently discovered was that the back window had been replaced. When it was replaced, they did not seal it properly resulting in the headliner being destroyed amongst other issues. Tried contacting the used car sales manager many times over the past several times and have yet to receive a response from them. More
Scheduled appointment for first oil change, tire rotation and "27" point inspection of vehicle. Completion took a little longer than expected. Upon completion found that tire pressure was incorrect and drive and "27" point inspection of vehicle. Completion took a little longer than expected. Upon completion found that tire pressure was incorrect and driver's door noise not corrected or addressed. As completion took a little longer than expected I did not have time to check these items until later in the day otherwise I would have had them correct the issues before leaving. But shouldn't the service department have checked and corrected without the customer pointing out the items most likely contained in the "27" point checklist... More
