Per Salesman, they manipulate KBB data entered to Value cars or trucks higher. My 2017 Silverado 2500 is one of these vehicles. Needs Fuel Filter, TPMS sensors, Coolant Level, all of these are showing on d cars or trucks higher. My 2017 Silverado 2500 is one of these vehicles. Needs Fuel Filter, TPMS sensors, Coolant Level, all of these are showing on display. Should a System Fault not change the Value of a Vehicle? Salesman promised to make these repairs. Now the Dealership GM is saying, “As Is”. Should have never trusted Sandy Sansing to Honor their Word. Even during Finance I asked why these issues were not on the “We Owe” document. Was assured Dealership would cover these repairs. Valuation was manipulated: $37,500 was for a vehicle with “NO ISSUES”. More

Horrible place to purchase a vehicle. Display was and is full of Faults. Yet these clowns still Valuate the vehicle as if no faults. Was told that I had an appointment to fix these issues. Now I have to sit around and wait on salesman. Something told me to walk away while waiting on finance department. When we came to “We Owe” document, it was freaking blank. Truck displays shows the faults, and they were not fixed that day. Guess Credit Union won’t receive first payment on time. Am considering returning the vehicle. Valuation was done wrong. Salesman said it could be manipulated. I should have walked away from this dealership. More
