GM Certified used cars? Not by a short mile. Truck needs: Third door window latch Power Steering Speakers C/D worked just once Transmission shifts hard in towing mode Program shuts doors after starting. Shut the engine down, doors won't open automatically I have replaced Harmonic Balancer, Serpentine Belt and tensioner, also A/C tensioner. Truck is a Wolf in Sheeps clothing. Used Car sales manager was quite embarrassing. Went off in a tirade when asked if they could help with window latch. Wish wife had walked away as I had done. Never again. No worth the Sansing and Watson GM Certification. More
In the market for a used car I was looking to purchase a used Malibu. I currently had a Malibu and had taken my car to be serviced numerous times to this location. It did appear t I was looking to purchase a used Malibu. I currently had a Malibu and had taken my car to be serviced numerous times to this location. It did appear that the front office people had a high turnover BUT they were always very helpful. I thought I would give the sales department a try. My daughter had a VERY bad experience with the used car sales department but I decided to give it a try anyway. Huge mistake on my part. The sales person wanted it to appear that he was not very familiar with the ins and outs of the finance aspect. I had already been pre-approved and knew what I could afford. I stopped by on my way to work one morning. Saw a car I liked and the sales guy asked me to come back and test drive it. I did and of course liked it. I had an older model Malibu and they offered me $250 trade in......I said no. Then the sales guy said you could probably turn it in for scrap and get at least $300. I looked at him and said "REALLY". I left and between him and the finance guy, I was talked onto allowing them to try to find me alternate financing, so I could possibly get the car I drove. I agreed but first thing the following morning I called to tell him I changed my mind. I was not comfortable with it. Of course he proceeds to text me about some other cars but when I asked particular questions he was either very vague or totally ignored the question. The deal breaker for me was, I told the sales guy what an awful experience my daughter had and he said he was sorry to hear that but he would never mislead or treat a customer wrong. Guess what, he was the same guy that sold my daughter her car. Needless to say I took my business else where- to Pete Moore, and had an awesome sales guy and great buying experience. More
