Do not use the service dept. they have no idea what’s going on. They need to stay on top of the technical bulletins. My remote start wasn’t cooling the car off. So I called an they have no idea what’s going on. They need to stay on top of the technical bulletins. My remote start wasn’t cooling the car off. So I called and they said oh that’s just for warming the engine up . WHAT!! Really . What a joke . How dumb are you . Anyway I looked it up and there’s a technical bulletin on how to repair it . Well I went in to drop it off and they still insisted that it was used to warm the engine up. So I pulled out the bulletin and showed them . And the owner’s manual. I doubt they are smart enough to fix it even with detailed instructions written on the bulletin. Never going there again More
