Service After purchasing a used car over the weekend, I had something I needed taken care of on it. I showed up and was greeted by Vidal who quickly took care After purchasing a used car over the weekend, I had something I needed taken care of on it. I showed up and was greeted by Vidal who quickly took care of me. Came with me to service and got the ball rolling. Needed a detail due to the rain on day of purchase, and him and my salesperson took care of that. I felt all my needs was taken care of with much attention, an am grateful for these guys. Big kudos. No run around just customer service at its best. This is first purchase from this dealership and definitely recommend them. In and out completely satisfied. Again thank you both for providing me customer care. I will definitely be back next year on my other purchase. More

Lies to get the dollars all about the money not the customer Took my truck in to be diagnosed at a cost of $140. This was to include the fix if it was nothing serious. Turned out to be a loose wire which was corrected within the cost. Mathew called me to tell me that it was just a loose wire and that he could check for other faults while he was working on the truck. I said I do t want this to be costing me $500 and he said it will not be $500 so I thought he was just going to have a quick look and said yes. When I went to pick up the truck I was told there were leaking shocks. This is untrue as they are new with lifetime warranty. I was also given a list of faults that didn't exist and presented with a bill for $499. 88 Mathew laughed and said it wasn't $500 was it? According to my bill the $140 increased to $469.88 with a miscellaneous charge of $29.95 pushing the bill to 499.83. I recently purchased an equinox for my wife from you and was going to replace my truck but will definiteely NOT be using you ever again. More
