Great Customer Service at Sands Service Department I cannot express how happy I was with James Black and the service department at Sands. I felt that I was a VIP customer and they really cared about me I cannot express how happy I was with James Black and the service department at Sands. Service writer, James Black , assessed my needs and got my Silverado in right away for the oil change, wheel balance , alignment and tire rotation work. Steering wheel noise issue was quickly resolved and my truck washed and returned to me reasonably fast after a brief wait. James kept me up with progress reports throughout the wait. I am always impressed with Sands Chevrolet attention to detail! That why I keep coming back for service after the sell. Thank you!!! More
