Come on down - like Right Now! I called for an appointment to get my oil changed around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday expecting to be given a time at a future date. Moe in the service depar I called for an appointment to get my oil changed around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday expecting to be given a time at a future date. Moe in the service department wanted to know how soon I could be there. I rolled in the Service Dept at 2:45 and was greeted immediately by none other than Moe. He was friendly and had a great smile. My oil was changed - my car was washed and vacuumed and given a thorough going-over. Moe explained to me some trouble spots and made recommendations but with no pressure. I waited longer than I had anticipated but had not anticipated the thorough check-up. Sands Chevrolet's waiting room is not a bad place to hang out. All in all, a pleasant experience. (And I had some awesome coupons!) More
