Rip - Off I had a 2014 Silverado that was 4k miles out of warranty and the oil cooler gave out. On top of the hassle of having this happen, the service departm I had a 2014 Silverado that was 4k miles out of warranty and the oil cooler gave out. On top of the hassle of having this happen, the service department blamed it on me. According to the Service manager I caused it when I over filled the truck with oil. This was after i explained to him that I added oil because the service message came on stating it was low on oil and I needed to add oil. I checked the dipstick and it did not register. I let it set for over an hour and still did not register, so I added oil. The two things they said which will stick with me are - 1.) The oil cooler burst because you added too much oil (really? more oil pressurized the cooler?) and 2.) "because this is a 2014 with low miles" - well everything after that statement was going to be a whopper. I worked with GM and they agreed that the dealership could have good willed the repair, but the rude service manager refused. instead he credited half - after charging more than twice as much as the GM service book called for. Over $3,000 to replace the oil cooler! Terrible!! More

Ended up with Melissa as my new service advisor and she is by far my favorite o My old service advisor kyle left bounce between a new service advisor. Ended up with Melissa as my new service advisor and she is by far my favorite of the group. Keeps me informed and accommodates me for transportation via shuttle or rental. Chad Fairchild is an awesome part of I've been coming here for years and appreciate the quality service and support I receive every time I need it. Chad Fairchild is an awesome part of Sand's Family and always makes sure I understand the work that is needed as well as to plan for servicing that might be coming up. This helps me to budget out my vehicle maintenance costs and not be caught off guard when they come up. I really appreciate the loaner car program that Sand's offers whenever I've had to leave my vehicle overnight. Having someone right on site that can get me going ASAP is a huge benefit. I also like the new layout with Sales and Service right next to each other, it makes it clear that Sand's is an integrated facility. More
