Service Department I renetly had to replace my window regulator on my front driver side in my 2014 Chevy Cruz, upon getting my window fixed, 48 hours later and $100 dedu I renetly had to replace my window regulator on my front driver side in my 2014 Chevy Cruz, upon getting my window fixed, 48 hours later and $100 deductible, my passenger side goes down. Michael in the service department did everything he could to get my deductible waived, unfortunately he was not able too but instead offered me a FULL showroom detail on my car, shampoo, vacuum the works. FOR FREE. If anyone has gotten their cars professionally detailed, you know how expensive that is! I left a very happy and satisfied customer. I really appreciated the kindness they took and the pure genuineness they have their. I've boughten 3 cars from them and will continue too! More

Horrible customer service. Coming into sands I waited 20 minutes before being helped because the clerk was not at the desk and the office was completely empty. When the clerk finally came in she said that she would call the man that I needed to do my estimate. Waited 15 minutes before I finally asked if making an appointment would be better. Made an appointment for 3 hours later. Came in at my exact appointment time. 2 offices with one gentleman in each in the front saw me waiting to be helped and failed to acknowledge my presence. Finally asked one of them for help. He asked if I had appointment and with who. I was never told with who so I didn't know. He asked the other guy in the next office and he said no. When the only other person it could have been finally came Into the office he asked him, his reply was 'oh not my appointment' and ran off quickly. While the guy that was supposedly helping me went back to his desk and stopped assisting me without telling me. Another 5 minutes standing there waiting for help a man popped his head from a back wall and asked if I had been helped. I proceeded to tell him this story and he said I apologize I will get someone right away. He went a got the guy who ran off quickly. I was then helped by that man. Overall there was 4 men that were available and only one cared about the customer that was standing 15 feet away from them. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at Sands. More
