Service Department I renetly had to replace my window regulator on my front driver side in my 2014 Chevy Cruz, upon getting my window fixed, 48 hours later and $100 dedu I renetly had to replace my window regulator on my front driver side in my 2014 Chevy Cruz, upon getting my window fixed, 48 hours later and $100 deductible, my passenger side goes down. Michael in the service department did everything he could to get my deductible waived, unfortunately he was not able too but instead offered me a FULL showroom detail on my car, shampoo, vacuum the works. FOR FREE. If anyone has gotten their cars professionally detailed, you know how expensive that is! I left a very happy and satisfied customer.
