Thank You After being out of town for 2 weeks and having to leave again in 2 days I was over my oil change by 2000 miles. I called the service dept on a Friday and was told by James to bring the car in. oil change tire rotation recall item fixed and even did a great job washing my car. In and out under 3 hours. The wait didn't bother me as the were squeezing me in. A great experience I must say. Minus the fact that car salesmen were bugging me. One after another. More

Sands Chevrolet & It's Excellent Service I can only place the perfect service to two points of control. Point of Control #1 is Chad (my service coordinator) who will do anything and everythin I can only place the perfect service to two points of control. Point of Control #2 is Todd (the Chief Service Manager). He is responsible for so, so much because he totally supports all his people and their decisions for the customer.
