Terrible Service Not happy with service at this dealer. I took in my vehicle for service and repair that was supposed to be free since I barely bought the vehicle. Tur Not happy with service at this dealer. I took in my vehicle for service and repair that was supposed to be free since I barely bought the vehicle. Turns out I had to pay for the service after all and nothing had been done to the car. Now I find myself with no vehicle, since its still at the shop, and I haven't even given my first payment. Terrible service at this dealer I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They don't care for their customers satisfaction. Very disappointed. And on top of all no call were returned afterwards. More
Thank You After being out of town for 2 weeks and having to leave again in 2 days I was over my oil change by 2000 miles. I called the service dept on a Friday After being out of town for 2 weeks and having to leave again in 2 days I was over my oil change by 2000 miles. I called the service dept on a Friday and was told by James to bring the car in. oil change tire rotation recall item fixed and even did a great job washing my car. In and out under 3 hours. The wait didn't bother me as the were squeezing me in. A great experience I must say. Minus the fact that car salesmen were bugging me. One after another. More

Sands Chevrolet & It's Excellent Service I can only place the perfect service to two points of control. Point of Control #1 is Chad (my service coordinator) who will do anything and everythin I can only place the perfect service to two points of control. Point of Control #1 is Chad (my service coordinator) who will do anything and everything he can do to give me the absolute best service for the most reasonable cost. Point of Control #2 is Todd (the Chief Service Manager). He is responsible for so, so much because he totally supports all his people and their decisions for the customer. I am a total committee to Sands Chevrolet Service for my 2013 Avalanche. These two individuals make it the reason I keep coming back. I thank my lucky stars that I have met these two and they are on my side for my service for my vehicle. More
