They changed my engine, they were asked to change the oil I now have a four cylinder engine in my Chevy truck instead of the V8 it came with, I can not even carry passengers because the truck has no power. Services that were provided in the past but maybe not now When I was filing away my paperwork I didn't notice that they hadn't attached a report of what my brake pads looked like, how strong the battery was, When I was filing away my paperwork I didn't notice that they hadn't attached a report of what my brake pads looked like, how strong the battery was, and how the tread was doing on the car, showing where they added fluid to the windshield wipers, etc. I thought this report was done on all oil changes.
