FAIL - WORST EXPERIENCE, AVOID THIS PLACE! The service writer did not care. The technician was inept, unqualified, and did not care either. They tried to charge for warranty work, they did not The service writer did not care. The technician was inept, unqualified, and did not care either. They tried to charge for warranty work, they did not tighten the caliper bolts, my truck smells like Cigarette smoke. When I went back they were looking for accolades for cleaning up the mess. More

Chad Fairchild was wonderful to work with! The service I received was was some of the best I have ever been part of. My a/c was not working during the 120 degree weather & Chad immediately prov The service I received was was some of the best I have ever been part of. My a/c was not working during the 120 degree weather & Chad immediately provided me with a rental car so that I would not be late to my second day at my new job!
