Great service, above and beyond Sands Chevrolet wasn't the closest dealer but I took my 2006 Saturn to their service department because of their good reviews, and I wasn't disappoint Sands Chevrolet wasn't the closest dealer but I took my 2006 Saturn to their service department because of their good reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. I called them initially about a small cosmetic issue with the car and I spoke with a friendly service advisor, Matthew Miller. He advised me that there was a recall on my vehicle relating to the ignition switch. I took the car in and they repaired the ignition switch in the time frame that Matthew told me. Some other issues came up with the car and Sands Chevrolet treated me more than fairly. I will definitely make the longer drive in the future if I need service on my vehicle or if I'm looking to buy new one. Very happy customer, Ben K More

Engine light on Volt I was on a long distance trip when the engine light came on. The service person named Juan was great help when I got back into town. I could not miss work just coming back from vacation, and I told this to Juan. He got me into a loaner car so I did not miss work. He also made sure the service guys took additional steps on the cause of the engine light.
