Pissed I was quoted 530 plus tax. When I came to pick my car up it was 620. 100 in taxes ya right. Also I got an alignment done and from the notes on my shee I was quoted 530 plus tax. Upon receiving my letter from GM about the parts for my driver's seat belt, I notified the service department and talked to Matthew Miller who set up Upon receiving my letter from GM about the parts for my driver's seat belt, I notified the service department and talked to Matthew Miller who set up an appointment for the following Monday. Upon arrival I asked for Matthew who was called over and he explained what was going to be done to check the tension cable and explained that it would probably take an hour or two depending on how many vehicles were in for the same problem. The repair only took a little over an hour and Matthew explained what was accomplished and that he would ensure that the vehicle was washed and vacuumed. He even had the interior of the windshield washed for me. Matthew appeared to be very knowledgable of what he was doing and the explaination thereof. More

Horrible Mechanics Took My truck in for Check engine light, misfire on piston #4 mechanic wanted to replace camshaft and lifters without even opening and inspecting veh Took My truck in for Check engine light, misfire on piston #4 mechanic wanted to replace camshaft and lifters without even opening and inspecting vehicle, parts and labor were going to be over $4400.00. When I asked how did mechanic come up with this, all they said was that mechanic had 20 plus years of experience and by just listening to the sound of the engine he already knew. Took the truck to another shop and paid less than 500 bucks to get it fixed. Matthew was great, Fantastic Costumer Service A++++, if you go to this dealer deal with Mathew he'll do whatever he can to help you out. More
Oil Change I called and scheduled an oil change, made aware that it was free since it was the first one for the car I bought earlier this year in May. Asked if I bought extended warranty, answered no. Waited for over 2 hours for oil change, inspection and car wash. Asked when I left if there was anything else. Told no, received folded paperwork and told I was good to go. Was not made aware of other maintenance that my car needed - what was needed was never explained to me. More
