Week worth of waiting Let's start off by saying Matt the service center rep was great. I have nothing against him. He actually checked in with me when he said he would. Overall, the service depepartment took a week to fix something that should have been max 3 days to fix. Once the week was over, I had an email from the service department themselves for 5 free gallons of gas. Not only did they not fill my tank up, my car tank was lower than I had left it. There had also been an extra 13 miles on the odometer. The worst part about it all is the inside of the car was in horrible condition. The inside of the car was still dirty. The worst part about it was all the scratches left behind to the center console. I wash my car inside and out every single week and I definitely know there are no scratches inside the car. You would think after a week of having a car you would have the time to vacuum the car. Worst experience I've ever dealt with. I will definitely not being back to this dealership ever again. More

Regular service. I scheduled an appointment and I was running ten minutes late. They called my cell and I let them know I was almost there. My vehicle was completed I scheduled an appointment and I was running ten minutes late. They called my cell and I let them know I was almost there. My vehicle was completed inside the timeframe they had set and I was good to go. I did not use the shuttle this time, but I have in the past and it makes a huge difference. I live about half an hour away from the dealership and I have taken the shuttle home or to the nearest mall / shopping center in the past. I would recommend Sands Chevrolet for purchase or service of a vehicle. More

It is never a quick visit when I come in for an oil change. This particular time I made sure I scheduled an appointment in advance so that my windshield wiper malfunction could be diagnosed. Not only was my request unrecognized, I was told that there'd be "no way anyone would have time to look at that, today". I was displeased by the level of attention that I got only to find my car unwashed, after it was "serviced". If this is the type of service loyal customers receive it is clear that only car sales is Sands' concern. I am happy that my free oil changes are now used up. More
