Great Service Amazing Service Agent I purchased my 2007 Chevy Cobalt almost ten years ago. At first I didn't take it in for service because I didn't trust that they would do a good job I purchased my 2007 Chevy Cobalt almost ten years ago. At first I didn't take it in for service because I didn't trust that they would do a good job from what others were telling me. After I tried a local mechanic who didn't seem to be able to fix a problem I was having, out of despair, I decided to give Sands Service Dept a try. The service agent was awesome and made sure my care was well taken care of. The only problem was that she moved out of state! I wasn't able to stay sad for too long because that's when Chad Fairchild took over as my service agent. He has been just amazing over the past years. I simply will not take my car anywhere else. In a way, when you buy a car, its like you date the sales department, but you marry the service department. A dealership can have a fantastic sales team but if they have a terrible service department, they won't stay around for long. But, if a dealership can have a terrible sales team they will still do okay if they have a terrific service department. I have to say, Sands has one terrific service department! More

But this last time I went in for an oil change and again I was greeted very professionally by Mathew, the service writers are very courteous. But I was told that my truck needed an alignment immediately that it was off quite a bit. I chose not to do the alignment there at Sands because I had a friend that worked for another service shop and could get a second opinion. I took it to my friend and he told me it was very minimal and wasn't as bad as Sands had stated. I got the alignment done for half the price that Sands had quoted me. The worst part of this whole experience was calling to speak the the service manager, I was told he was busy and that he would return my phone call. Well its been over a week now and still haven't received my phone call. Guess my concerns are not very important to them. More

People don't listen I tell moe at service that I feel a jerk in my transmission he said I was fine and sent me on my way a couple weeks later my transmission starts to le I tell moe at service that I feel a jerk in my transmission he said I was fine and sent me on my way a couple weeks later my transmission starts to leak also I told him about my fan clutch is bad did he listen no and he's not even a mechanic you work at the service desk dude plus I drive the truck every day so I know what's wrong with it plus come on I buy a used truck and then the next day the truck starts beeping and it says engine over heated but when I buy something i expect it to work not to be sold a messed up vehicle I got kids and places to be so you guys get the 1 out of 5 very bad.
