When my car was ready, the service tech was very thorough in my car service needs and had my car waiting right outside the doors and very please that they washed my car as well. Sands Chevrolet is not Midway Chevrolet We recently left the above-mentioned dealership after xxxx near 20 years of purchasing vehicles and having service completed. We picked Sands for serv We recently left the above-mentioned dealership after xxxx near 20 years of purchasing vehicles and having service completed. We picked Sands for service for 2 reasons. One, my father loved the original Mr Sands and trusted him. Second, after speaking with James Black, I walked away with an appointment scheduled to finish what the other dealership started. Mr Black spoke to me with the same respect that he treated my husband. Seriously, that's a big deal to me. I am the one who takes my 2016 Impala for service and require a person who knows what they are doing and does what they say. James Black came across as that type of person.
