I got a great deal on the vehicle that I purchased. I was looking online for a new 2011 Camaro and Sands chevy came up under my search. I was contacted by Jason. I went into dealership and starting negotiating process with my salesperson after taking a test drive. Before the negotiations were completed, he asked that I complete an evaluation on him. That was pret with my salesperson after taking a test drive. Before the negotiations were completed, he asked that I complete an evaluation on him. That was pretty awkward because I felt like I had to give him a good evaluation or no deal. I went to finance dept to sign contract and when I returned to my salesperson, he was already working with some new customers, which made me feel like he no longer cared since he made the deal with me. I was pawned off to another salesperson who put on my temporary license plate and thought I was done. I said I still needed my floor mats and another part I was promised. My original salesperson needed to be contacted to get the floor mats and told me he would mail me the other part he promised me. A week and a half later, still no part in the mail and I needed to keep after him with many phone calls to get a schedule made to have my windshield replaced, which he also promised. My last call to my salesperson, he transferred me to the parts person who stated this was the first he heard of me needing a replacement windshield. My salesperson made me feel like he no longer wanted anything to do with me once I signed the contract. Watch out for Larry DeNinis so he does not do this to you too. More

I recently purchased a new Silverado from Sands Chevrolet and the whole prcoess from selecting a vehicle, to my trade-in, to negotiating a price on the new truck was fantastic. This comes after trying to purchase a vehicle with two other dealerships who didn't seem interested in trying to make a deal I was comfortable with, or not near as friendly as the personnel at Sands. I believe I received a fantastic deal and would recommend them greatly. I basically told them what I was willing to pay for the the new truck (quite a bit less than sticker price), and they said OK. The customer service was great, are original sales person we were scheduled with was with another customer, but we were helped immediately. We did have to return to the dealer to resign one for different fin we were scheduled with was with another customer, but we were helped immediately. We did have to return to the dealer to resign one for different financing the other was due to paperwork error, also there was a chip in the windsheild that was going to be replaced we scheduled with Alan for Saturday morning when we arrived the service writer had no record of our appt. We did however get it replaced they cam to our home the following monday. More
I have done a lot of research and am familiar with the number of choices that I have when it come to not only cars, but where to buy them. When I came across Cody at Sands Chevrolet in Glendale, he was v number of choices that I have when it come to not only cars, but where to buy them. When I came across Cody at Sands Chevrolet in Glendale, he was very professional and courteous. From my initial conversation, Cody knew exactly what I was looking for, what I could afford, and most importantly knew my time was extremely tight and valuable to me/ Cody and his partner Bill both worked very hard to make sure that I understood my options of not only vehicles, but finance options too. Who knew 0% isn't the best deal? With all the cash back incentives that Chevy was offering, and the fact that I don't keep my cars for very long, they were able to structure the deal to where I financed less money, and had the same payment as I would have at 0%! Now that is a great deal. Long story short, being a new comer to Arizona, it is comforting to know that I have found Cody and Bill at Sands Chevy (in the internet dept). They truly are trusted experts in a field that can use a few more like them. More
i am not very happy becouse i came to your dealership for a used car and Art did find me one but after 5 days the engine light came on the brakes were loud and there was a bad vibration in the front that you a used car and Art did find me one but after 5 days the engine light came on the brakes were loud and there was a bad vibration in the front that your service said they could not here but my family did. All i wanted was a dependable used car with a payment i could be comfortable with put instead i got a 2010 with higher payments becouse i was told there were not any used cars they could show me in that big lot Now i have a car i'm not happy with and a payment i have to worry about paying. I;m sorry i came to your dealership and would not recommend you to any one. Reason for visit USED CAR. I feel it was age discrimination. And they did this for a bigger committion. I am going to the attorney general becouse i feel i was treated on fairly. And I was charged 7.000 dollars more than the car was listed for. More
