I was first contacted by Ann West after I had been on the internet looking for pricing on new autos. Ann provided me with pricing and a list that met my needs. She was very courteous during these negotiations. Ann then contacted me the next day with some additional options and prices. We finally made the deal I felt was a good purchase on my part. After the sale a few issues came up on titling and licensing the vehicle, Ann worked on these problems as soon as they came up to get them resolved. I would recommend Ann West and Sands Chevrolet to anyone looking to buy a car to receive good honest service. More

I was contacted by Ann after I had placed an inquiry online about a new vehicle. She contacted me within a day of my online request and was helpful from day 1. She went out of her way to try and find me a used vehicle that fit what I was looking for. I chose to buy a new vehicle from a dealership closer to home as Ann's was over 80 miles one way from me, and my family and used this one dealership for years. What a mistake that was, I bought a brand new 2012 Malibu from Garrett Motors and that was at the end of November as of today I have had the car in the shop 7 times for numerous parts being defective, tomorrow I will be taking it in for more work. Although I did not buy this vehicle from Ann she has been by my side everyday helping me fight with the dealership and GM to get this care taken back as it is a Lemon, she even went out of her way to try to get it traded and get me into something reliable for my family. I will be making the 80 plus mile drive for my next vehicle just to get it from Ann. I have never had a dealership or sales person treat me better then she has. I have spent months trying to find the best deals out there for my daughters and he made all of it happen in a matter of a phone call. As far as I am concerned he went over and beyond what any sales person has ever done for me. I wish all sales people treated you like family as Ryan did. It took a couple of days to get the two new cars in for my daughters who were not eager on waiting as you can imagine. Ryan kept me up to date on the cars everyday until they arrived. He also drove one of the cars to our home. More

I bought a 2011 Cruze LT - Anne went out of her way to accommodate my weekend schedule - she brought the car to me to view and test drive as I was "house-bound" and she is very well informed regarding the specific details about the Cruze - she was professional and understanding and she gently helped me through the process of weighing my options and assessing my needs - It was very hard for me to part with my previous vehicle and she completely understood my emotional attachment. Anne's compassion and thoughtfulness was evident in every conversation and through to the end of the transaction! She made certain the OnStar and Sirius radio network was activated and she even programmed the Cruze's bluetooth to recognize my cell phone! Not only is Anne a valuable and skilled employee at Sands but her work ethics and manners most certainly raise the bar for the other sales people to reach her level of professionalism! I will be back to Sands - to work WITH ANNE and I will be bringing my friends and family to her! More
