I loved the service and care I recieved. The staff was freindly and helpful without being aggressive. This actually worked even better for me....I got a lower interest rate, with the same payment plan and now I have a new car with a full warranty. It feels great to know some people are still out there to work for the consumer/customer. This is my first NEW CAR in 23 Years!!! I just LOVE, LOVE LOVE my 2012 Cruze!!!! My overall experience with Sands went very well. I found the 2010 VW New Bettle on their website and Patrick was my salesman, which was very polite and did his best to get the deal done.
