My husband, Justin, and I went here looking for another vehicle that would fit the needs of my family better. I was immediately greeted by James (Jimmy Barber). That's when James took this to our superhero Chris Sandillo, he right away assured us he would what ever it took to make this happen. Needless to say he was absoulutey right! After about (what seemed like a year of grueling waiting) Chris came out with the deal of a lifetime. We went to Sands Glendale looking for a car to replace one that is no longer running. We were promptly and pleasantly greeted by Pastor Zak Abu, and even though we told him we could not complete a purcha one that is no longer running. In September 2011, we were looking for a new truck. I inquired online at Sands Chevrolet (Glendale) about a Silverado Crew Cab 1/2 ton. Within five minutes (no kidding), we received a call from Anne Wes inquired online at Sands Chevrolet (Glendale) about a Silverado Crew Cab 1/2 ton. Within five minutes (no kidding), we received a call from Anne West in Internet Sales. We applied over the phone with her and she quickly informed us that she had the vehicle that we were looking for and that we were approved. We went to Sands Chevrolet (1 hr away) and within no time we were returning with our new truck. Anne West is AWESOME - both in sales and customer service.
