We love Sands Glendale and Dave Kissell. From start to finish our experience with Sands was exceptional. Our salesman, Kyle, assisted in every need concerning the selection of our vehicle. Or financial manager, Derrick, was also exceptional considering that we came in pre-approved at a specific interest rate, and he came back within 24 hours with a rate so good that our pre-approval was found to be a waste of time. We went with Derrick's recommendation and saved hundreds of dollars and received much more coverage and an exceptional financial institution for our loan (it should be noted that Derrick and Kyle maintained communications throughout this entire process- talk about team work-each one answered our questions). Though only their names were mention, several other employee's also made contact with us to ensure that we were treated properly - from the receptionist, other sales people and managers. Will definately come back to Sands for another vehicle and recommend that others come here first. More

We went in to just look at used vehicles. I had owned a PT Cruiser since 2003 and loved it until I saw the new Cruise ride by. I did some research on it and liked what i found. When we returned. there it was, the one I wanted; color and all. The price was right! It didn't take all night like other places I've bought from.That in itself was great.My dad is a GM retiree so he was very happy. Art helped lead me back home to the GM family! Basically I just popped in for a look. I have been shopping around for a new truck. Typically, as soon as you set foot onto a car lot you are swarmed by an idiot who won't stop seeing you as a dollar shopping around for a new truck. The saleman wants your money and we want a good value in return. I know it's a commissioned job, so of course you're going to run into one of these mostly. The "I can't take my eyes off of your wallet"...jerks. That's untill I met the employees of Sands Chevy. Very nice crew I must say! Funny,laid back and most importantly professional. I didn't feel pressured one bit. Especially with the sales associate I got. Thad was laid back and he listened to what I wanted. I initially wanted to get a new Silverado HD, and he didn't give me the typical run down either. You know the usual..It's got big tires, big engine and a loud stereo. The people at Dodge do that....thumbs down. He seemed educated on the truck and I know this because I always do my reasearch before hand. I even found out about a few other features I didn't know about. I had a fun experience. Thad popped open the hood and opened the doors and asked me "Tell me what you know about this truck?" We started talking shop and he can hold his own!! We test drove and the truck drove like a truck--powerful!. I'm getting older and I need something a little smoother. So he introduced me to the Equinox. I was sold instantly. I don't have the best credit ever, but Thad even worked with me and he took me to meet his finance guy and we worked a very decent finacial plan. My budget is safe and I like that. I never write these reviews, because nobody has ever given me a reason to do so. I had an easy and fun experience. Sands is top notch. I will be definitely going back for my next vehicle. More
