We were eager to make a deal happen; but only if it fit our budget. I CAN SINCERELY SAY THAT FERNANDO WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS. I have a hard time trusting any dealership, and have alwasy told myself that I would avoid dealerships as much as possible.. Fernando listend to what I had to say; and I felt that he was honest and up-front with me. I like to think that I can "read" people fairly well upon listening to them, and I can say that Fernando felt 100% genuine. Upon arriving at the dealership with a car already in mind; any doubs were cleared as to his intentions. He is a very sincere man who wants to do business the right way. THe car he had picked out for us was EXACTLY what we were looking for and we were more than satisfied with our purchase! I will be referring him to those I know! Thanks Fernando! -Craig More
I went to sands looking to trade in my car. Garry Woods helped me out and was absolutely fantastic. He found me exactly what I was looking for in the price range i wanted... Salesperson was just great. Getting information from parts department was Poor, really don't think they were interested in getting the information that was asked of them. F & I manager was without a pe parts department was Poor, really don't think they were interested in getting the information that was asked of them. F & I manager was without a personality. Pushed paper in front of you wanting a signature without explaining what document you were about to sign. Title department apparently don't care to return phone calls or left messages. Asked if I had everything to go to my court house to pay sales tax and register the vehicle and was told I had everything in the envelope I received from the F & I manager. I item short and the most important was the title. Waited in line for 45 minutes to pay sale tax and register the vehicle, only to find out nothing could be done because I didn't have the title. General Manager was e-mailed and he didn't think it was important enough to return the e-mail to answer my concern or even call me to let me know what was going on. In my way of thinking there is no question that can't be answered, all it takes is a little determination to find the answers. Can't believe this dealership can't come up with the model # for a 6 disc CD player in the 2009 Saturn Vue XR I just purchased. And remembering where one's pay check really comes from-that is the customers. Not the best experience I'd had. More
Of course with any costumer I asume the price will always be just ok lol. The car wash was down so I still need the car detailed ;-) but Angel was very nice did everything possible to meet my needs was very be just ok lol. James Barber was very accomodating. We had spoken several times before my actual visit, so he new my expectations and requirements for what vehicle I was looking for. This made the actual time I had several times before my actual visit, so he new my expectations and requirements for what vehicle I was looking for. This made the actual time I had to spend there on the day of my purchase minimal. This is my second purchase from this dealership, and will definitely be coming back again. More
James was so helpful. He gave me a great deal on my new car! He was very polite and courteous. Going to buy a car can be a big ordeal and you make have to fight with the car salesmen to get the car you wan car! He was very polite and courteous. He got me the car I so desperately wanted and worked with me on price until I got an unbelievable deal. Buying a new car with James has been a wonderful experience. He even text me a few days after the sale to see that I was really liking the car. More
