When I came in to Sands Chevrolet I was greeted immediately which I live very much. I don't like coming into a business where I have to walk around for 10 mins to be noticed or helped. The gentleman who assisted me was very knowledgeable and very friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Which is nice when making a large long-term purchase. Charles was very informed and able to answer all of my questions with ease. He has a great personality and very fun to talk to. He could tell right off the bat that I was unsure if I wanted to make a purchase so he did not push me into something I might not need. He took me around and let me look at many different types of cars answering my tedious questions of gas mileage, cost, safety rating, maintenance costs and of course whether or not he thought I looked cool in it. Haha. I did not make a purchase that day but I will definitely be back to talk to Charles when I decide to make a decision. All in all I had a very good experience with Charles and sands dealership, I am pretty confident I will make my purchase there and many more to come over the years. Wow! We just took delivery on a Red 2012 Camaro ZL1! We live in Tucson and had to work through the internet sales team. Luckily we were teamed up with Fernando Levario and what a God Send. This man has t live in Tucson and had to work through the internet sales team. Luckily we were teamed up with Fernando Levario and what a God Send. This man has the patience of Job! Fernando always answers my calls and if he doesn't know the answers he will find out and call back when he does. I have to admit I have been a pest because the inside of the ZL1 is like the cockpit of a Stealth Fighter. Because of the distance between Tucson and Phoenix, Fernando delivered the vehicle to a half way distance point determined by me.
