I gave Jim Sommer a call and told him what I was looking for; he called me back the following day and had my dream vehicle waiting out front for me to look at. Jim also went out of his way to help me get my old car and new truck back to my house. My over all experience was so easy and amazing. Within 3 hours the paper work and all details were completed and I was off to enjoy my day. I did not sit around all day like I have at other dealerships waiting to close the deal.Thanks Jim I love my new Truck! More

Usually in the past it has been a hassle to buy a car. NOT THIS TIME! Garry was very helpfull when i came in. He offered me a soda which I was dying of thirst and then we got straight to business. Annie was outstanding in the internet sales department. She called me after I had signed up on the internet in a timely fashion. And since I gave her kinda what I was looking for she had prepared several choices for me to look at. Even though the my first choice had already been sold (early bird) she showed me other truck that met my discription. Annie is a great sales lady without being over zelas. Since I can remember names well, I hope Annie will let you know that the finacial lady too was professional and took care of the finacial end making sure everything I was interested in my purchase was covered. I am so happy I went to Sands Glendale. I usually get stuck in a dealership for hours and hours arguing over prices, but this time was different. Pete and I talked about how much I could afford to pay m stuck in a dealership for hours and hours arguing over prices, but this time was different. Pete and I talked about how much I could afford to pay monthly, and he made it work! We spent time talking about my weight loss journey and gave me some great pointers. My new motivation is to look forward to taking my new Malibu to Sands for service so I can see Pete and show him how much weight I've lost! More

The sales person (Garry Woods) was excellent. He gave a positive experience and represented the company well. His efforts personality are outstanding. However, the condition of the new vehicle was less tha positive experience and represented the company well. His efforts personality are outstanding. However, the condition of the new vehicle was less than desirable. As a first time new car owner, the expectation was that the car would be gently used (little test driving)with extremely low milage; less than 50. Suprisingly, the car was dirty (bits of grasslike pieces)and dusty inside, had a large pile if cat food under the driver's seat (like a box or bag spilled) and the milage was high at over 600 miles. This caused anger and discomfort. This is not a feeling of buying a new car. Someone has been using this vehicle. This situation can only be fixed if a compensation was given or if the vehicle is switched to something that is truly new. A recommendation for this company will only take place if these issues are taken care of. The purchase took place today but ended late at night. The sales person is aware of the cat food issue. The person who was supposed to clean the car came out and removed the cat food. Apparently there is an issue with this person not cleaning other cars. Perhaps a better cleaning takes place tomorrow by which a detailed discussion will take place on these matters. More
