I went in to see Stephen Yglesias at Sands Chevrolet with the thought that I was not going to be able to get a new car since my credit rating is still not where it needs to be. I divorced in 2008 and have s the thought that I was not going to be able to get a new car since my credit rating is still not where it needs to be. I divorced in 2008 and have slowly been making progress in increasing my credit rating. So I truly thought it was going to be a waste of time. However, Stephen and his finance team worked really hard and diligently to get me a good rating and making it possible for me to walk out with a new car at an affordable monthly payment. Rhonda was pleasant, and covered all of her responsibilities in a pleasing manner too. Dawn Babb, our service manager, is always top-notch with us. She has taken care of our vehicle service for a number of years. We can find no better than Dawn. Our team was great! We appreciate their dedication to detail. After shopping around at other dealers, it was looking pretty grim and I thought that I wasn't going to be able to get into another car. After explaining my circumstances they went to work and and found me a great vehicle and got me financed with a great rate with a great company. It took a while, but they never gave up and were able to help me out. I will always appreciate the patience and the hard work that they did for me. I originally came in for repairs for old car. I pulled into the wrong area but Beau assisted me in finding service area for my car. So I told Beau what I was looking for in a car and The 2012 Cruze was the first car I drove in and I found no need to look at any more. My car was fixable but the offer of a new car with a lower intrest rate coverage I didn't have before was awesome. Between Beau and Heston they both found me a deal i never knew was possible for me to have, a new car that only had 10 miles on it.
