One of THE best car buying experiences I have ever had. Erin worked with me online through every step of the deal. Seldom anymore am I truly impressed by sales departments but Sand's has proven to be the exception. And this level of excellence seems to continue. Just the other day we noticed that the passebger air bag lights in our 2013 Spark were coming on, the bell alarm sounding for a few moments and then shutting off. I email Erin from work to see who I needed to call to set a time to bring the vehicle in. Within minutes not only was I receiving emails back from Erin but a phone call as well from the Service Department to set up a time. My expectations have definitely been exceeded and with the level of customer service and professionalism that we have received, I cannot see myself ever using another dealership to buy a car from. More

My husband and I came into SAnds looking for a vehicle to replace my totaled one. Nelson was a huge help. He looked into our credit situation and fought for us to get what we liked. Although I bought a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan; The maintenance dept. needs to make sure all lights and hazards work. I took my van home and found out the hazard lights do not work. If you put it through a safety check this definately shouldn't be overlooked. Nelson is a great car salesman and definately deserves 2 thumbs up. More
