I just drove away from Sands with a new 2013 Traverse. I had a wonderful experience and both of the salesmen that help my husband and I were very helpful and knowledgable. I'm new to the Phoenix area and needed to find a Chevrolet service center to do some scheduled maintenance on my certified used Malibu. When I talked w John on the phone he did a great job letting me know how much time to expect the job to take and verified the work was covered by Chevy's certified maintenance program (= no cost to me). When I arrived Mike R quickly helped me get the info so they could enter my info in their system (since it was my first visit) and work on it. The waiting area was great and all the people were friendly. After an hour and a half, the car was ready in just about the same time John told me it would take when I talked w him on the phone. They also washed the car as part of their service (and did a great job since it was really dirty due to two long trips). I knew they were the right answer for service when they didn't try and 'sell' me 'extra' service that would cost me $$ (like the last dealer I used in HdG, MD). Overall, Sands Chevrolet service dept is highly recommended if you want straight forward, friendly people that do great work. More
