I went in looking for a used truck and Ray Ray was able to show us exactly what we were looking for in our price range and in a very efficient manner. Yea I purchased a car from sands chevy, the customer service was great. The employee's name that helped us out to the find the perfect car was Jesus. I had a great experience at Sands Chevrolet. I went in to check out the Cruze as I've seen quite a few of them around and heard such great things about them. I was greeted with a smile and handshake by Anastasia. I told her how I wanted to check out the Cruze and she was very excited to show it to me. I am a single mom of two boys so I needed something safe and fuel efficient. Being on a tight budget I told Anastasia what I could afford per month. She then showed me not only the Cruze but the Sonic as well and explained it has the same safety features, engine, and transmission as the Cruze but it cost much less. I was able to get the vehicle for $2,000 less than I would have paid for the base model Cruze AND I got more bells and whistles. I LOVE my remote start most of all! I'm so glad I went to Sands and met Anastasia. She is a wonderful person and I would highly recommend anyone go see her. She will listen to what you are looking for and show you what will be the best deal. More

This is our third vehicle from Sands Chevrolet. They always seem to be able to get us into a more that decent vehicle for the price that fits our needs and budgets. No other dealership at this point in always seem to be able to get us into a more that decent vehicle for the price that fits our needs and budgets. Our sales person Jose Martinez was very nice, but I felt it difficult to communicate with him because he just seemed so rushed and focused on selling a vehicle that he wasn't really listening to me or able to fully answer my questions, but in the end we did get what we came for. Jim Sommer helped me into a very nice, almost new car at an affordable price. He was an excellent sales rep. I didn't think I would be able to purchase a vehicle from a regular car lot as I have extremely bad credit and I had very little for a down payment. I was so happy! This was my second purchase at Sands Chevrolet. When I went back to purchase our third vehicle from Sands, (our second car) I was disappointed when I asked for Jim again and was told he no longer worked at Sands Chevrolet. A big loss to Sands and me! Although we were able to purchase another vehicle, I wanted to trade in my car I had purchased from Sands a year ago and was told I have to wait. I don't understand this??? It would have been my fourth purchase from Sands. My credit hasn't changed and I was told at this point I could make a trade in at another car lot. What gives??? Bring Jim back and then give me a call! More

This visit started off horrible. The staff was unpleasant and short. So my and me got up and left they did not even say thanks for coming nor the gentleman Jason that we were working with.
