Problem with vehicle still not fixed Chad Ratliff was amazing as my service writer , he has tried everything to get the service manager to get my truck fixed , it sat there for 30 days fo Chad Ratliff was amazing as my service writer , he has tried everything to get the service manager to get my truck fixed , it sat there for 30 days for a vibration that the truck still has , I have taken service tech for rides and they agreed t is not normal , I have also taken chad for a test drive after new tires and he also agrees something is wrong.When I picked the truck up 30 days later they told me it was fixed completely if I put new tires on truck , so I spent more money and did so , truck has same vibration/humming noise as it did when I dropped it off for service and when I purchased the vehicle.I purchased the tires to prove to them that was not the issue as I proved .also after getting the new tires on the truck that the dealership did they have it back to me with loose lug nuts and wheel locks falling of which I took photos of time stapes and dated from that morning , the service out of these tech that have work on my truck are rediculous , all they know is how to plug a computer into the truck and if it doesn't read a code then the truck is fine , not one of these techs yet has shown me any other knowledge in able to problem solve to the issue this truck has.I am still waiting for a response back from them as to when they are going to actually fix the truck this time but no response yet . I will give it one more week for response before I reach out legally and to news channels about this servicecenter and the run around I have received as all I want is my truck fixed.i can be reached at 480-372-6878 More

Forgotten I am a loyal customer to Sands Chevrolet of Glendale I purchased my first traverse in 2012, and my second in 2014. On 03/02/17 I brought my husband Ri I am a loyal customer to Sands Chevrolet of Glendale I purchased my first traverse in 2012, and my second in 2014. On 03/02/17 I brought my husband Richard Jamroz into the dealership to trade his 2013 Silverado, during this process I explained to Nate and Garrett that I was a loyal returning customer and because I was pleased with my prior two purchases I brought my husband into the dealership. I informed them that Richard had an appointment with Midway and that i insisted that he follow me to Sands. We both traded in our vehicles, however, I did not get any loyalty perks even though I was identified as a loyal returning customer. I did not get a referral Bonus, a box of cookies, or a thank you call/card. what has happened is that Richard received two boxes of cookies from Sands and three calls, however I receive a sands review through my email (share your experience) to sum it up my experience was not pleasant, I do not feel appreciated by the dealership that I have been a loyal customer to, I did not receive anything, and if it was not for me my husband would have purchased his vehicle from Midway Chevy and I would have done the same. Would I recommend you umm? O and I do not know who Waseem Stephan is....but do know Ashley and Beau More
