Buying a New Vehicles, is very stressful from Car Dealerships. I am a cash buyer's, but other Car Dealerships that included Six other dealerships, trying to obtain the highest dollars, to make the Salesman @ Dealership"s obtain the highest bottom line. Where is the loyalty to the customer, I as a simple transactions was a Car Dealerships dream. A individual that was looking for the very best deal I could receive. There are very few hassle's because I needed know financing, yet all but one Dealership, should me the very best deal, with Outstanding Service, which happened to be Sands Chevrolet. I was introduced to a very a OUTSTANDING GENERAL SALES MANAGER, his name was Paul Waskom, who then paired me with another individual by the name, of Matthew Van Horn. Even though the sales man was young, he was he was a College Graduate form the University Of Arizona. He knew his products, no matter what product I was looking at. He also was a Closer, between Paul & Matthew, I felt Simply Outstanding, about the purchase of my New Vehicle, was far less stressful. Would I but another vehicle, from Sand's Chevrolet, the answer unequivocally, Yes. Here is the reason, I felt that I had been treated fairly, honestly, & I obtained the Bottom Line. I got the most the most Product, for the least amount, of dollar's. Now, is that not what,we all are looking for. On 3/11/2014 I brought in my 2005 GMC 2500HD Dura-max Diesel to Brian Appleton, which he came highly recommended for his knowledge, experience and customer service experience. My truck had some strange things occur when shifting into gears. He was very intuitive to my concerns and that I expressed to him that I have had terrible experience with previous other service departments from other dealerships. He re-assured me not to worry, I will earn your trust and show that we are the best with our customer care, concerns and the repair of your vehicle. I mentioned to him that this truck is my baby and it is just like taking her to the hospital. He continued to reassure me you brought your vehicle to the right place. To my surprise I am blown away of the overall service I received not only was his word true and the Awesome customer service and the great service I received from the tech / mechanic that work on my truck which I meet in person. Turned out that my issue had nothing to do with the transmission, but rather an ignition switch that went bad, which I had them replace. Brian also mentioned to me some other areas of concerns that I was not aware that will need some attention to in the near future with my truck. Thank You so much Brian your are Awesome to work with. We received a call about a week before our visit asking if we wanted to trade our 2012 Cruze and they said it would cost us little if anything. I was a bit unsure but the wife said lets go and see. Ok so we went to Sands in Glendale which is a 90 plus one way trip for us. Upon our arrival everyone was very cordial and started to help right away. Steven Yglasias was our sales person when we bought the cruze and we asked for him but he was busy with another client at the time. Devyn (sorry I forgot his last name) came to our aid and helped us go through the process. He introduced us to Ernest and we remembered him as the guy that helped close the deal on the Cruze. Both of these gentlemen did an outstanding job and Devyn especially spent a lot of time showing us cars on the lot, test driving with us and getting us the deal we wanted. This all started around 4 in the afternoon and we completed the deal around 7:30. Stephen also checked in now and then to make sure we were being helped. All in all it was a great afternoon. I didn't feel any pressure and the time put in to sell just one car was amazing. The dealership was quite busy while we were there so there was a lot of people running around doing their tasks but they were all very friendly. This would be the third new car we bought from Sands since 2012, first the Cruze, then Stephen got our daughter into a new Sonic in 2013 and this trip we bought a new 2014 Malibu. I went to Sands after being frustrated with another Chevrolet dealer and what a difference. The whole experience was positive. The price was far better than I got from the first dealer and the friend Chevrolet dealer and what a difference. The whole experience was positive. They were a bit further away from my home but well worth the trip. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who is interested in purchasing a new vehicle.
