Rhonda and the service department I give my hat off too. There were some things that needed to be addressed with the car and Rhonda and the service department took very good care of us. From the time I walked up to just view the 2014 Chevy Cruz until the time I left the dealership, he worked very diligently to answer my questions and ultimately help see if I can get approved for this vehicle. He was cognizant of my first-time car buying, and made me feel at ease and not pressured. He worked with my credit and ended up getting me a great deal. Josh is the best! I was contacted by Josh Flahive due to him receiving paperwork on my 2008 Malibu that I was paying crazy interest on. He got me approved and the whole car buying experience took less than 3 hours which made me thrilled! Josh has been very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my whole experience. If I had a question, he was quick to find the answer. He is honest and up front which is hard to find in sales. He was very patient with me as I can be very difficult and felt no pressure to buy. I definitely recommend Josh as the salesman to see! Sands Chevrolet has my recommendation as the best Chevy dealership in the valley to purchase a vehicle from.
