I really experience a positive energy I really experience a positivie energy Ben helped me when i went fustraded to fix the car I just bough in sirprise and it broke the gas pump 28 days l I really experience a positivie energy Ben helped me when i went fustraded to fix the car I just bough in sirprise and it broke the gas pump 28 days later and they didn't told me about the 500 miles guaranty or 15 days guaranty he just push me a chevy malybu 98 thousand miles just to sell and later on the next day tired was flat defective spend 3 days in dealer, I discover the bumper is broken will cost me 1,200 the shades are bad will cost me 300 cd player is broken it will cost me 500 and carpet has a homle and more so!!!! Ben told me we can fix this and he dedicated his all day and put me in the brand new chevy cruize 0 miles well? I know I have to pay the diference from the malibu but I really am happy not cd player to fix, not bumper to fix not nothing to fix andthank you Ben Wolfe and Tim Walls for all you did for me More

When i got there, i was originally supposed to meet with Alex but was unavailable so ended up with Alfred who was very friendly and patient with us. The first Silverado we left with really wasnt exactly what i wanted. I took it back the same night and Alfred was able to get me EXACTLY what i wanted. I walked out the HAPPIEST CUSTOMER EVER! Thanks for all your hard work in getting me into my new truck! More
Tent Sale! I attended the tent sale in hopes that I would be purchasing a new Silverado truck, unfortunately due to my co-signer I was unable to do so. this is no 4 to 5 star rated deakership. to start sands chevrolet was the worst car buying experience I have ever had they were rude pushy and just ugly to deal with.I went in to look at the to start sands chevrolet was the worst car buying experience I have ever had they were rude pushy and just ugly to deal with.I went in to look at the new chevy cruzes listed for $11000.something in the paper there seemed to be no such thing on their lot I was shown a 2011 almost four years old.it was dirty inside and out.they took the keys to my Ford Taurus to estimate the value of it.I believe it was marshal clark and heston hale who bullied me refused to give me the keys back to my Ford Taurus threaten to call the police on me if I didny calm down they had me in such a state of mind even the sales consultant made the comment wow I have never seen anything like this before and he was telling me Im sorry I was in tears almost their mental crulety I was out and out harrassment to the point if i would of been in sound mind I would of called the police on them but I was a victim in their dealership and the way they had badgered and bullied and not thinking streight i would of signed for a corvette to get the xxxx out of that dealer ship they are evil and i believe that I can not afford the car i have but am stuck with it even when i went back to try to get my ford taurus back the manager co owner jerry moore was so untimidating telling me my taurus is in no shape now to be returned to me that it was dirty and not the same as when i brought it in.very very bad dealership bad people .dont go in there if your a women by yourselfmy neighbor who baught her car from them told me she never leaves there from getting oil changes or what ever the reason she has to go sands on grand in tears everytime from there harrassment. Matt was patient,kind,honest and explained everything so thoroughly. He ended up getting me exactly what I wanted! I had to go back two days later to bring some papers and ian grow helped me out since Matt was busy at the time. I had some questions regarding the Bluetooth and ian helped me figure it all out!
