Amazing customer service. I have been to many dealerships this month looking for a new car and i've never been treated with so much care at the Cheverolet in Glendale. While I knew what I wanted to buy, Danny was there to answer any of my questions and provided a little more information since he has an owner of one as well. Danny even offered to drive all the way out to Gilbert to get my trade in and that is quite the distance (especially since the roads he was traveling back on were going to be closed so we had to find another way to get back to the dealership). While the time spent was long, due to all the steps that needed to be done to make it happen, it was needed and I am glad that I have my new car. Thank you to Danny and to Sands Chevrolet. More

Kyle the Salesman One summer afternoon my husband received a call from Kyle inquiring about our Cobalt we had in your shop earlier in the month for a recall repair. Th One summer afternoon my husband received a call from Kyle inquiring about our Cobalt we had in your shop earlier in the month for a recall repair. They discussed the Cobalt and maybe purchasing another vehicle. Before I knew it Mr. Brown was on his way down to meet and discuss the value of our Cobalt with Kyle. Before long I received a phone call from Mr. Brown wanting my SS#. I said what are you doing buying a car? He said well Kyle and I are discussing it. Kyle got on the phone and asked if he could bring the vehicle out for me to look at. Of course I agreed. What woman wouldn't agree to a new car. Soon they were at our house sporting a beautiful flashy red Chevrolet Cruze. Before I knew it I was in the Cruze on my way to Sands Chevrolet to purchase this beautiful car. Kyle made us feel at ease with all the paperwork. He is very intelligent and a pleasure to work with. We are 70 and he treated us like we were his parents making sure we understood everything. He escorted us over to meet Erik Lard the finance person and he too was very friendly and made sure we understood every paper we signed. Ninos was the one who helped me and showed me all the various features of each vehicle along with the pros and cons. He was very helpful and explained everything to me in a simple, easy to understand manner. I have not yet decided on which car I would rather have and have not yet purchased from Sands Chevy but when I decide I know I'll walk out of there with my car of choice and a smile on my face. They were interested in purchasing a vehicle for their daughter. I told her I used Sands Chevrolet and Justin Scott was my salesperson. She called Justin as they live in Chandler, she explained their needs and her wants. 2 days later I got a call saying Justin found the perfect vehicle for them..... a Chevy Cruze and in Blue the color of ALL their family vehicles. It's always a touchy situation when you refer someone, if they don't get the great service you did, your the bad guy. this time I'm the COOL Aunt as my niece loves her car and my Sister and brother in law are thrilled with the great deal they got.
