Sands Chevrolet - Glendale

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER SANDS Purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze in November of 2016; for the most part the car is great but I was nothing more than a sales statistic. Part of the deal w Purchased a 2017 Chevy Cruze in November of 2016; for the most part the car is great but I was nothing more than a sales statistic. Part of the deal was 6 months of Sirius Radio which I never received. It was explained to the sales rep,Dominique, I was way behind most when it came to technology and would need assistance setting up not only the Sirius Radio but On Star as well. After purchasing the car I NEVER got one bit of assistance with anything after multiple attempts trying to contact someone. My son helped me with OnStar But as mentioned, never got Sirius Radio. Upon purchase I was also informed I would receive a watch and a complimentary tank of gas, never received that either. In addition they held my second set of keys and the owners manual hostage for about 3-4 weeks after the purchase. About a week ago I was having this conversation with a friend who served in the Navy. My friend informed me Sands did NOT honor a warranty because it had expired. The reason my friend had been tardy was he had been deployed to the middle east and after his explanation supported with documents Sands still refused servicing my fruends auto. I make my payments but I will NEVER purchase from Sands nor will I ever get anorher Chevy ever again. More
