I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, I just knew I wanted an SUV of some sort. He pointed me in the direction of the Equinox. He found one that fit my desired needs. We drove it, discussed options, and the rest of history. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. Since Chris had been so helpful in the past I called him again. Chris said to come right in. By the time I arrived Chris was busy with another client. Chris was very professional and didn't ask me to wait, but to ensure I was serviced correctly he asked another sales person to assist me, Ben Schmidgalls. That isn't to say Chris left me, but rather he multi-tasked and was available to assist Ben and I with any questions/concerns I may have had. This was not a challenge in any manner as Ben was very knowledgeable and was able to "close the deal" within two hours. Again, Sands Chevrolet was able to successfully meet my expectations.
