Since Chris had been so helpful in the past I called him again. Chris said to come right in. By the time I arrived Chris was busy with another client. Chris was very professional and didn't ask me to wait, but to ensure I was serviced correctly he asked another sales person to assist me, Ben Schmidgalls. That isn't to say Chris left me, but rather he multi-tasked and was available to assist Ben and I with any questions/concerns I may have had. This was not a challenge in any manner as Ben was very knowledgeable and was able to "close the deal" within two hours. Again, Sands Chevrolet was able to successfully meet my expectations.
