I really gotta give it to him and his team making sure to above and beyond trying to get deserving people in a new car. Chuck made sure to keep me in the loop, answered all my questions upfront and making sure no loose ends were left untied before I “signed my life away” lol. Going in thinking I’d be a lost cause I came out a winner. Chuck really pulled for me in getting me into the car I really wanted (14 Chevy Sonic…best dang decision ever, gas saver and then some!). He was very patient, helpful, and when I couldn't find what I wanted he showed me a truck that had recently come in on a trade. There were a couple of other vehicles that he had already showed me and he did not try to pressure me into buying something I didn't want. This was refreshing as I had already been to a few other lots where the sales person was pushing me to test drive vehicles in which I was not even interested in. Joe went above and beyond and even managed to get a broken armrest in the vehicle I purchased fixed. He made no promises that he couldn't keep. My father who has been in sales for forty plus years was very impressed with how Joe treated us. A good sales person is a problem solver and that's Joe. I would definitely recommend Joseph Najor to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
