Awesomeness If you have not been to this location, I would most def recommend. Right from the beginning once i have came into this location i was greeted with the most attentive attention. Usually if i go into any type of dealership i feel out of place and uncomfortable, but not with this place. I had a Rep. name Matthew Lopez who was great. Matthew made me feel comfortable and answer any questions i had and some of what i would call dumb and small but he did not see it that way. He knew exactly what i was looking for when i gave him ideas of what i was looking for. He did not leave my side and made sure i got all my questions answered and got everything i needed. My husband called to inquire about purchasing a Chevy Silverado and used the True Car option and within minutes had emails and calls from several different dealerships. We started with Sands Chevrolet in Glendale and we definitely made the right decision. We worked with Chuck H and he was awesome. Very informative and had a great sense of humor. He really put in the effort to answer all of our questions and to show us a few different options. We left with a 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500 and an extremely happy husband.
