Misled, unprofessional Talked to a shady salesman by the name EDDIE RODRIGUEZ, so me and my wife go in with my trade in just to see what numbers would look like if I fol Talked to a shady salesman by the name EDDIE RODRIGUEZ, so me and my wife go in with my trade in just to see what numbers would look like if I followed through with purchasing a car from their lot so we get put into a 2012 Silverado and the next day brought it back because I was told to by EDDIE you know "just to see if I liked the truck" so I returned it the next day after looking over my finances, as I am going to get my car back he mentions that there is a 2015 Silverado that has less miles and that he can get us a better interest rate and better monthly payment so we go for it. Now after looking at the total cost of the truck we decided that it's still not the best financial move for us, so after looking at other cars on the lot we see a 2014 gt mustang with decently low miles and the price was 26k but he promised that we would only finance 17k with a 3500 down payment and an interest rate of 4% with a monthly payment of 189 with all the bells and whistles included so as we keep talking more about the deal he brings up that he needs to do a "back screen" deal so us not knowing exactly what that was we go ahead with it because I mean cmon who wouldn't take a deal with 4% interest at 189 a month, so after recorded phone calls of the promises he's made his boss Al who is the sales manager in the used car lot says there is nothing he can do and does NOT look at or listen to the evidence we have we also talked to the financial manager named FRANK and he also did not try to listen to the nightmare me and my wife have went through with there employee so now I am stuck with a truck at 38k and a mustang at 35k also with no employment verification I only mention this because from the beginning I told them I was NOT working and that I am going to apply for disability so I wasn't sure on moving forward with any type of deal, at the end of the day I hope no one has to experience what I have experienced with this dealership and I will never return there nor with anyone that I know.. They don't give a crap about fixing ur car. So I demanded my $ back and now they wanna tell me even tho the check has cleared my bank days ago, that I have to wait almost 2 weeks to get my $ back. There's nothing but b.s. that comes outta their mouth, everyone from the salesman, the sales manager, his manager, and even curt the GSM, are all a bunch of liars who don't care about customer service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE GO HERE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL.
