Very poor Guest Service On May 29th my son called me to borrow some money to finalize his purchase with this dealer. When I arrived I took my car to the service department wh On May 29th my son called me to borrow some money to finalize his purchase with this dealer. When I arrived I took my car to the service department where Chad in the service department took care of me. Thank you chad I greatly appreciate it great customer skills. While i took my car to service I went over to where my Son was Jovanie Pereda. What I thought was going to be a good experience on that side turned into the worste Guest Service. I was approached by the sales person I Believe his name was Steven. Steven approached me at which point he asked me to co sign for my Son. I replied no I was not there for that purpose. When I told him no I noticed that the Manager on Duty Marshall was the one trying to come to an agreement with Jovanie my son on his car purchase. I approached the desk where he was to say Hi since I have bought 2 cars from you all and also referred 5 people to your establisment where those 5 people purchased a car and not to mention also bought Marshall breakfast one day since I work for Dennys. When I approached the counter I encountered a very rude behavior from Marshall where he was pushy rude. After that behavior which I didnt understand I stepped back and told him are we okay. He claimed that I was not suppose to be at that desk because he had personal information from the buyer. Mind you that Buyer was my son and They had just asked me to co sign. Marshall showed no customer skills what so every. Very rude at which point I told him if you dont want our buisness just say so. He said we dont need it. Very disappointed I told my son to leave as I still had to stay there because my car was in service. I really wanted to blow up how ever Im in the customer buisness and creating a scene would not have been good for your buisness as it is you had already lost mine. I did appreciate Beau Wolff coming over and appoligizing for Marshall. He does have great customer skills as well. Beau is the person I have sent all the Referals too. He should have Marshall's job if you ask me. I needed to let someone know. I hope this does not go over looked. Fabian Pereda is my name. On the other hand your Service Department try every way to get me to pay, switching my tires and balance that's "one". I had my other truck tie rod ends replace in Nov.2014 cover by warranty. Took it in for service "oil change", told me my alignment was out less than four months, had to pay again. Alignment don't just go out because of pot holes in town, they would have be a foot deep. I'm retired mechanic and the only way alignment would go out if the tie rods didn't get tighten properly More

The purpose of this message is to give you some feedback and to let you know how I am doing with my new (used) car. As I mentioned to you last Saturday during our walk and talk with you my reluctance to even approach a well-known and reputable car dealer in our valley due to the horrible nightmare/experience I had with another well-known east valley Dodge dealer who say are full of Bull. That experience took place in 1997 and as I mentioned before, I had no faith with big car dealerships after that. Moving forward to May 23rd of 2015, a few months prior to this date I spoke to someone of possibly buying or leasing a new car or if the right situation presented itself, maybe even a used car. I read several reviews of several car dealerships in the valley both positive and negative and the one thing I took away from that is what the buyers did to prepare themselves before walking onto a car lot including any research of the car they were considering, their budget, the car dealer’s reputation and so forth. I approached it in this manner and in a way that would make me feel comfortable with the end results regardless if I drove off in a newer car or not, I did this my way, planned it my way and that would be final. Mr. Lopez, when I first learned of your personal reputation and experiences others had with you, I decided you were the man to go see and Sands Chevrolet was the dealer I was placing my hopes and this experience with. I was not disappointed with my decision and I am very pleased to say how grateful I am to have you come into my life not only as a car salesman with such personal and professional qualities but as a friend and because of this your attention and commitment of service to your employer has made Sands Chevrolet stand alone in the car dealer arena. I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time, energy and the education about the vehicle I had chosen and purchased from Sands Chevrolet.
