A NIGHTMARE OF EXCUSES AND INCOMPETENCE I have never in my life experienced more apathy, disrespect and dishonesty from a car dealer, I wish I had bought a FORD. The list of things that are wrong with my 2015 Colorado just keeps growing. After 4-1/2 months of diagnoses and parts orders and being told parts were ordered when they were not, I went down there this morning to (I thought) have everything fixed, and they did not even know why I was there. The doubletalk and runaround they give you is breathtaking. I will NEVER again go back to Sands Chevrolet. More
